Yesterday, Eddie was officially able to wear his new stripe. He is now a Technical Sergeant. During the promotion ceremony, Heidi and I were able to tack on his stripe. We used a small hammer to tack it on. We had so much fun!
Technical Sergeants are qualified to perform highly complex technical duties in addition to supervisory duties. They should continuously strive to broaden and perfect their professional expertise and techniques. They are delegated the authority necessary to ensure mission accomplishment with personnel under their supervision. Personal integrity, loyalty, dedication, devotion to duty, and leadership must remain above reproach at all times.
Congratulations, Eddie, we are so proud of you. The best part about getting another stripe is getting another pay raise. Yea!
